Umm. I’m sorry. I know. I just embarrassed myself with that title.
I just started typing and it just seem right at the time.
Moving on.
Last night was one of those nights when all I did on the car ride home from work was worry about how my evening was going to play out. I had to workout, make dinner and eat it, shower, blog, and get in bed at a reasonable hour. I also wanted to make some time to hang out with my police officer before he had to get ready and go to work. I always say I want more hours in my day but I am fairly certain that if I had more hours, I would just cram them with more stuff…then, I would just be more busy and probably sleep less. So, for now, I’m content with just the twenty-four hours that we have. Days just require a little planning, that’s all!
I did manage to get everything done…including my workout. The key to squeezing in a quick workout is HIIT, of course! High Intensity Interval Training is quick and effective! It’s the perfect way to get the job done!

Action shot! And, yes, my decorations are still up and kicking!
Here is the workout that I used last night:
For each exercise in the circuit, go all out and work at your maximum ability and then rest for thirty seconds before moving to the next move.
(As always, check with a fitness or healthcare professional before starting or trying any new workout)
Give it a try and let me know if you do! Have fun and Happy Wednesday!
With much Love and Laughter,
Kelly
Something to share: What is your favorite quick cardio move? Jump squats always set my legs on fire!

pinned! looks like a great workout
Thanks, Linds!
Ah great looking HIIT workout. I really enjoy HIIT and Tabata workouts. They go by fast and you don’t really have time to stop long enough to think about the torture LOL
One of the main reasons I love them!
This looks great. I cannot wait until my leg is back 100% healthy so I can start adding burpees and HIIT back in. Actually, I hate burpees, but just know they do my body good.
Let’s get that leg healthy! And, yes, burpees are torture but, someday, I hope my body will thank me for them!
What a great workout!
Thank you!
I love these quick workouts when timie is limited. My fav? Burpees!!!
I feel like life gets busier every day so it’s one of the only ways I can squeeze in a workout sometimes!
Loved it! It’s something I can do while my 7 month old is playing. His attention span is short, so the faster I can workout the better! Loving HIIT workouts! Thank you!
